Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include the completed returns form provided in your original shipment.

  Ship to Jo Loves

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or scheduled collection point.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
